The leading health insurance management solution provider enhances Executive team.
As of the 1st January, James Stokoe becomes the new CEO of the International Division of Cegedim Insurance Solutions. Previously Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy CEO, Stokoe replaces Peter Crook who, along with former COO Clive Kinsley, are stepping down.
The Executive Team is also strengthened with Steve Westley (Chief Strategy Officer) who joined Cegedim Insurance Solutions at the beginning of 2018.
“I am looking forward to continuing the expansion of the International Division within Cegedim Insurance Solutions. This transition was planned, allowing me to work alongside Peter Crook, Clive Kinsley and Cegedim Insurance Solutions CEO Philippe Simon, to ensure the continuity our clients and staff require. I am delighted that Steve Westley is joining the Executive Team to contribute his significant knowledge and experience of the industry”, says James Stokoe, Cegedim Insurance Solutions International Division CEO.
“Upon appointing James in 2016, we recognised his potential to become CEO of the International Division in due course. That moment has now come, and with it the opportunity for Steve to contribute to the division’s future. Until now, the success had been driven primarily by Peter Crook and Clive Kinsley; I would like to thank them for establishing Activus, which we acquired in 2015 to drive our international expansion, and for laying down solid foundations for the International Division’s success. Today marks a significant moment for this Business Unit; we believe that James and his Executive team are the right people to build upon those foundations”, stated Philippe Simon, Cegedim Insurance Solutions CEO.
