Mike Dalby is to take up the newly expanded role of Distribution Director with effect from April 2021.
The appointment will enable AXA to deliver more effectively for its customers and their intermediary advisers, and it signals the company’s continuing commitment to empowering its customers to be the best version of themselves.
Under Dalby’s direction, the distribution of AXA PPP healthcare and Health-on-Line’s individual, SME and corporate health insurance and Health Services/ICAS UK’s employee support services is to be unified under the AXA Health brand.
Mike is a highly experienced business leader, having been with the company for over 20 years – first as Managing Director at Health-on-Line and, since 2017, as Director of Individual Health for AXA PPP healthcare and Health-on-Line.
Chris Horlick, will be standing down in April 2021 after over 20 years with the company.
