Europ Assistance Group Appoints HR Officer And Head of Auto

Europ Assistance has announced that it has appointed Véronique Destruel as Member of the Group Management Committee in charge of Human Ressources and Organization and Gennaro Bisesti as Group Head of Auto.
Véronique Destruel is appointed as Chief Human Resources and Organisation, member of the Group Management Committee and reporting to the Group CEO, Antoine Parisi. Her key responsibilities will be to develop people strategies across the Group and to oversee the HR and Internal Communication activities.
Véronique, 49, graduated from INSA Toulouse in IT engineering. She started her career in AXA Group in the IT Department, as engineer, manager and internal consultant, then moving to AXA France services to define and implement the IT sourcing strategy. Afterwards, she joined Generali France to support legal mergers and reorganizations within the company. She pursued her career in HR as Head of HRBP and then Head of Career and Management Development. For the last eight years she has been Head of Organization and Transformation, leading strategic projects of operational and business model transformation, reorganizations and HR transformation.

Gennaro Bisesti is appointed as Group Head of Auto, reporting to the Group CEO, Antoine Parisi. Gennaro will oversee the Auto Product Line, leading the Europ Assistance auto strategy.
Gennaro started his career at Milan office of consulting firm McKinsey & Company in 2007, from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager. In 2014, he joined Generali Group first as Head of Strategic Projects, then as Head of Group CEO Office. In 2017, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Europ Assistance Italia, then extended his area to Chief Auto Officer.
Gennaro, 38, has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (Cambridge, MA, USA), and graduated from the University of Napoli Frederic II with a Master degree in Industrial Engineering.
