Rupert Dent is the Managing Director and Accountable Manager of AirMed. After 20 years in the Investment Banking industry, 12 of which were with what is now known as UBS Investment Bank, Rupert joined AirMed in 2003 as a Director and shareholder. His experience in corporate finance has helped in the development of AirMed over the last nine years. In particular the adaptation of the aircraft fleet to include jets and the significant expansion of the medical capabilities of the company, have proved key aspects in being able to grow sales from £1.4 mio per annum to the current £7.2 mio per annum.

Dr. Joachim Friese is a medical doctor and was born in Germany in 1964. He is the Medical Director for MedCare Professionals. After finishing Medical School in Frankfurt Dr. Joachim Friese worked as a trauma surgeon and intensivist in University and teaching hospitals at Hattingen, Bochum and Koblenz. Whilst attending Medical School Dr. Joachim Friese discovered a passion for Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care. After years of doing ER in the streets, Dr. Joachim Friese was finally airborne in 1995 and gained extensive experience in Medical Missions on fixed wing and rotor wing air crafts, in repatriations and evacuations.

Alison Massey is the Marketing and ecommerce Director of Now Health International. Alison has been a financial services marketer for over 20 years; the previous seven within IPMI with Goodhealth Worldwide, Aetna Global Benefits and most recently Now Health.

Mr. Brian S. Piper, MBA, is the Head of Business Development for leading international private medical insurance provider Integra Global. Integra Global provides private medical insurance and expatriate health insurance worldwide. Mr. Piper started his career after completing business school at the Babcock School at Wake Forest University working with the Chamber of Commerce in Business Development and an adjunct professor at Winston-Salem State University.

Following, he came to then Czechoslovakia as a volunteer in 1992 to teach business principles to local managers and he has been based in Czech Republic and the USA since. As a management consultant he started working in Healthcare Industry in the field of Cost Containment in the USA from 2006 first as an outside consultant and latter as an employee as Director of Business Development for the company GMMI. This position exposed him to the medical claims process, provider networks, and a wide range of commercial payers and industry stakeholders globally. His current position with Integra Global has him traveling frequently around the globe developing the distribution network for Integra Global.

Brian is also the founder and President of IBDA – International Business Development Associates.

Angelo Masciantonio is the CEO of HTH Worldwide. Prior to co-founding HTH, Angelo was the CEO (and Founder) of WCA, Aetna U.S. Healthcare’s managed workers comp company in Blue Bell, PA. Prior to WCA, Angelo founded and served as CEO of Managed Health Care Services, a private managed care development, management and data services company which developed HMO/PPO networks in over sixty U.S. cities. He has served as Director of Marketing for ASA, an online healthcare claims processing software systems company in Chicago, as Director of Cost Management for Pacific Life Insurance Co., and as Senior Planner in the Division of Program Innovation of Blue Cross of Massachusetts. Angelo was recognized as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in Greater Philadelphia in 2009. He holds a B.A. from Boston University and a Masters of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design-PennDesign.
