Pacific Cross Insurance Company Deliver Personal Health Records To Their Insurance Customers Across Southeast Asia

Beginning late 2016, Pacific Cross Insurance Company, will start providing the HealthCare 365 Personal Health Record (PHR) online web app to their insurance clients across Southeast Asia.

"The HealthCare 365 partnership gives Pacific Cross a unique opportunity to provide clients with a product that is not available from other insurance providers," said Brenda Hancock, PCIL Board member. "The PHR app creates a way for our clients to take charge of their personal records and by doing so create a better relationship with caregivers, such as hospitals and walk-in clinics, improving triage and accuracy of diagnosis which leads to time and money savings for both clients and Pacific Cross."

HealthCare 365 provides health management tools that enable patients to better manage and organize their care based on conditions, providers, appointments, results, and other factors. For those clients who are managing chronic conditions or who have other health issues, the HealthCare 365 PHR, provides the basis for the client to start an on-going relationship with a team of nurses and administrative support staff, that with permission, can access the PHR and help facilitate more efficient health provider teamwork and collaboration.
