Cegedim Insurance Solutions’ health insurance management system wins XCelent awards for “Breadth of Functionality” and “Customer Base”.
Actisure has been awarded the XCelent “Breadth of Functionality” and “Customer Base” awards in Celent’s Healthcare Policy and Administration (‘PAS’) 2018 Report. This followed a thorough evaluation of 28 vendors, at the end of which Cegedim Insurance Solutions’ health insurance management system Actisure not only retained its 2015 ‘Functionality’ XCelent Award, but also added recognition for its ‘Customer Base’, which covers every continent.
“We are delighted to award Cegedim Insurance Solutions’ Actisure system the XCelent Awards for both ‘Breadth of Functionality’ and ‘Customer Base’. Actisure was also runner-up in our other two categories, ‘Advanced Technology’ and ‘Depth of Client Service’. In a rapidly-changing market, healthcare insurers must find appropriate systems to capture the opportunities on offer. Actisure enables them to improve processes, contain costs and deliver a greater customer experience, driving value for all stakeholders within the ecosystem”, stated Nicolas Michellod, Senior Insurance Analyst, Celent – part of Oliver Wyman.
“These awards are recognition of our continuous investment in Actisure and in our relationships with our customers. Following our 2015 award win, we incorporated Celent’s comments into our R&D plans. The result is a stronger, more intuitive solution, which is delivering even greater value to the ever-growing list of leading insurers who have chosen Actisure”, said Peter Crook, CEO Cegedim Insurance Solutions International Division.
Actisure lies at the heart of Cegedim Insurance Solutions’ International Digital Health Platform. It is built to interact with our own Digital solutions for prevention, network assessment, hospital stay and entitlement management – as well as with 3rd party solutions.
