CEO of WellAway LTD. Announces Attendance at 2nd Annual European Compensation & Benefits Forum March 3 - 4 2016 Berlin Germany

WellAway LTD. President and CEO Griselle Chernys, has been invited to attend the 2nd Annual European Compensation & Benefits Forum on March 3rd and 4th, 2016 in Berlin, Germany.

The forum will cover all facets of compensation and benefits including: strategy, performance- based compensation, cost optimization and dissecting ROI.  Key speakers include executives from some large companies such as Xavier Meulemans Compensation and Benefits Director, L'Occitane en Provence, Switzerland; John Lewis, Senior Director Compensation & Benefits Oracle, UK; and Erika Lhomme, Rewards Manager EuropeAnheuser-Busch InBev, Belgium.

At this forum, Chernys will have the opportunity to meet with employers and experts in compensation and benefits in order to truly understand what the needs are of these companies for health insurance and how WellAway can best provide these services.

In anticipation of attending, Chernys expresses, “This is my first time attending the European Compensation & Benefits Forum and I am very much looking forward to meeting new colleagues as well as reconnecting with friends in Europe. I am always trying to stay on top of what clients’ needs are and how we can cater our products to exceed those requirements, so hearing first hand from employers what they want, is key. I also enjoy brainstorming and giving them ideas that I have from my vast knowledge of the healthcare industry.”

WellAway Limited has plans available for employers with as few as 50 employees.  While it is true that larger employers tend to utilize self-funded plans more often, smaller employers are increasingly turning to self-funded plans, by utilizing innovative stop-loss insurance and cost management solutions. This option can be quite advantageous to all employers because it allows greater savings and provides sustainable cost control for years to come.

All products can be customized to cater to a mix of expats and nationals in order to provide high-end, quality coverage for employees with cost savings for the employer.

WellAway Limited provides a solution-based approach to your healthcare benefits needs.  They are dedicated to assist employers with evaluating their healthcare plan options and guiding them to a self-funded solution.

If you are in the Berlin area, Griselle Chernys will be available to schedule meetings during the forum. Use the contact information below.
