At a Christmas party held for Bupa Global Insurance’s partners in Hong Kong, Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers was yet again recognized by the insurance provider in the form of an award. Bupa Global Asia Pacific’s General Manager, Jonathan Quach, was on hand for the presentation of Bupa Global’s Top Producer of 2018 Award to Pacific Prime, which was accepted on behalf of the company by Pacific Prime Senior Corporate Account Manager Christian Moore.
Of the award, Christian said, “We are honored to be recognized as Top Producer as well as the Best Performing Intermediary earlier in the year by BUPA Global. This goes to show the importance of having a comprehensive product, along with dedicated client service, that can work in tandem together in the APAC market.
While we have won awards from Bupa Global previously, it feels especially good to be acknowledged in front of our local peers in Hong Kong.”
Mr. Moore was correct that this is not the first time that Pacific Prime has been recognized for service and product excellence. Just last year, the broker was given Bupa Global’s Best Performance – Intermediary award. Pacific Prime has also received the Innovative Excellence award in 2016, Individual Sale Top Producer in 2014, and Top Global Distributor awards in both 2013 and 2012.
The award winning insurance broker has also garnered accolades from organizations other than Bupa Global in the past, such as the recent Now Health and Best Doctors Insurance awards for Top Individual Sales and Top Individual Agency in 2017, and IHI Bupa’s Top New Business Producer for Travel Insurance award in 2013.
Speaking to the sustained performance of Pacific Prime in the eyes of Bupa Global over the two companies’ 15+ year relationship, Bupa HK's Managing Director, Angus Slater stated, “Pacific Prime has consistently been a top broker for Bupa Global. They are expat insurance experts; they have an innovative and energetic team, and have a wide footprint across all the key expat destinations. Pacific Prime have won our Top Producer award in the Asia Pacific region in the past few years and have again been the top producer for HK this year, generating the highest new business volume in 2018.”
